Instructions of the use for hydraulic power steering systems

CERAMIZER is recommended for reconditioning hydraulic power steering systems, regenerating surfaces of the friction between metal parts and magnetizing oil.

The proper use of ceramizer® will result in the improvement of the vehicle's steering booster performance, extended life of mechanism as well as extended oil change intervals.
Reconditioning with Ceramizer® takes place in normal operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic layers of unique qualities cover all, especially worn out surfaces leading to the restoration of an ideal geometry of the rubbed surfaces.

USAGE
  1. Ceramizer® is suitable with all types of oil for power steering. Ceramizer® does not affect the oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the same. The oil is used as a means of delivery of active nano particles into the internal, metal and friction parts of the hydraulic power steering system.
  2. Lowered dose of Ceramizer® will not give the expected results.
  3. Increased dose does not cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process.
  4. The ceramic layer lasts up to 2 years depending on the operating conditions of the mechanism (in normal operating conditions) or up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles.
  5. Ceramizing surfaces with Ceramizer® can be repeated many times.
  6. Ceramizer® can be used for any devices (including industrial devices) after consulting Ceramizers® producer.
  7. This technology is intended to protect new and recondition worn out but not damaged mechanisms.
DOSAGE

This chart defines the amount of doses necessary for ceramizing the surfaces of rubbed parts. 1 dose = 5 ml (one syringe)

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
  1. Warm the engine to normal operating temperature by driving a few km (miles).
  2. Turn the engine off.
  3. Twist off the oil reservoir cap in the power steering system and pour the content of the syringe into inlet. Make sure that the require level of oil is maintained.
  4. Twist on the oil reservoir cap.
  5. Turn the engine on. Then turn the steering wheel full left and full right for about 5 – 10 minutes. This should be done when the vehicle is not in motion or is going at a low speed.
  6. The metal-ceramic layer developes after 1500 km /900 miles in normal exploitating conditions. During this time the oil exchange is not recommended.
NOTICES
  1. If any teflon or molybdenum supplements had been added to the oil before, the oil exchange and cleaning of the mechanism before appying Ceramizer® are recommended. Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and the process of the creation of cermet will be lengthened.
  2. In case of any mechanical damages of the engine (e.g. a broken cog, deep scratches, cracks, any wear-outs, etc.) they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.
  3. Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal occurs.
GUARANTEE

Guaranteed performance and protection for up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles. Ceramizer® can be used again after this time.

  3. Store at a temperature below +40 oC.
