Instructions for use for transmission, gearboxes, rear axlesCERAMIZER® is recommended for recondition and protection against exploitation, for regeneration transmissions, gearboxes, rear axles as well as surfaces of metal parts which are subjected to friction and magnetization oil.
The proper use of Ceramizer® will result in improvement of vehicle performance, reduction oil and fuel consumption, smoothness of worn surfaces, reduction vibration and noises, it extends the life of a gear box as well as extends oil change intervals.
Recondition of metal parts with using Ceramizer® takes place in normal operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic layer (which has unique qualities) covers all, especially exploited surfaces, leading to restoration of an ideal geometry of the surfaces which subject to friction.
Ceramizer® does not block oil channels, as its particles are extremely small by diameter, so they can freely circulate inside the box.
Ceramizer® does not affect oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the same. Oil is used as a mean of delivery an active nano particles into the internal, metal and rubbing parts of the gear boxes/reducers.
INDICATIONS
- Ceramizer® can be used with all types of gear oil and for all types of transmissions and reducers.
Lowered dose of Ceramizer® will not give expected results.
- Increased dose does not cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process of cermet creation.
- The ceramic layer lasts up to 2 years depending on the operating conditions of the mechanism (in normal operating conditions) or up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles.
- Ceramization of worn surfaces can be repeated many times with Ceramizer®.
- Ceramizer® can be used for any devices (including industrial devices) after consulting Ceramizer’s® Producer.
DOSAGE
This chart defines the amount of doses necessary for ceramization the surfaces of rubbed parts.
1 dose = one syringe with preparation of netto weight 4,5 g.

- To receive the best result, be sure that any teflon or molybdenum components haven’t been added to oil recently (in case they were, it’s advisable to remove them from inside of the gearbox).

Drive a few km (miles) to warm oil up.
- Turn the engine off.
- Unscrew the cap oil reservoir.
- Press out the content of syringe to the opening of oil infusion (make sure that required level of oil is maintained).
- Turn the cap oil.
- Drive up at least 10 km/6 miles with a speed lower than 90 km/h (56 miles/h) or 55 mph, then 100-300 m/ 0,5 mile on the backward gear.
Please, note that process of creation a new surface will be accomplished after 1500 km / 900 miles. During this period oil shouldn’t be changed.
The newly formed layer is guaranteed up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE FOR REDUCERS
- Warm up oil in the reducer – keep the reducer going for at least 30 minutes.
- Turn the reducer off.
- Unscrew the cap oil reservoir of the reducer and pour the content of the syringe to the opening of oil inlet (make sure that required level of oil is maintained).
- Turn the cap oil reservoir.
- The metal-ceramic layer develops after about 60 hours in normal operating conditions. During this time oil exchange is not recommended.
NOTES
- If any teflon or molybdenum components had been added to oil before, we recommend to exchange this oil and to clean mechanism before appying Ceramizer® . Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and process of the cermet creation will be lengthened.
- In case of any mechanical damages of the transmission e.g. broken cog , deep scratches or significant waste, they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.
- Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal parts occurs.
- The syringes are also correctly filled even if a small leakage of product under the pusher is noticed.
WARNINGS
Do not apply to an automatic gear boxes or screw compressors.
GUARANTEE
Guaranteed performance and protection up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles. Ceramizer® can be used again after this time.
