Instructions of use for transmission, gearboxes, rear axlesCERAMIZER® is recommended for reconditioning and protecting against exploatation, regenerating transmission, gear boxes, rear axles as well as surfaces of the rubbing metal parts and magnetizing oil.
The proper use of ceramizer® will result in improvement of vehicle performance, reduction of oil and fuel consumption, smoothness of worned out surfaces, reduction of vibration and noise, extended the life of gear box as well as extended oil change intervals. Reconditioning with Ceramizer® takes place in normal operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic layers of unique qualities cover all, especially worn out surfaces leading to the restoration of an ideal geometry of the rubbed surfaces. Ceramizer® does not block oil channels, as its particles are extremely small by diameter, so they can freely circulate inside the box.
USAGE
- Ceramizer® can be used with all types of gear oil and for all types of transmissions and reducers.
Ceramizer® does not affect the oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the same. The oil is used as a means of delivery of active nano particles into the internal, metal and rubbing parts of the gear boxes/reducers. - Lowered dose of Ceramizer® will not give the expected results
- Increased dose does not cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process.
- The ceramic layer lasts up to 2 years depending on the operating conditions of the mechanism (in normal operating conditions) or up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles.
- Ceramizing surfaces with Ceramizer® can be repeated many times.
- Ceramizer® can be used for any devices (including industrial devices) after consulting Ceramizer’s® producer.
DOSAGE
This chart defines the amount of doses necessary for ceramizing the surfaces of rubbed parts. 1 dose = 5 ml (one syringe) | Capacity of oil in the gear box (in litres) | 1-2 | 2-5 | 5-8 | 8-11 | Amount of doses | 1 dose | 2 doses | 3 doses | 4 doses |
INSTRUCTIONS OF THE USE FOR GEAR BOXES, REAR AXLES
- To receive the best result, be sure that any teflon or molybdenum supplements have not been added to the oil recently (in case they were, it is advisable to remove them from inside of the gear box).
- Drive up a couple of km to warm the oil up.
- Turn the engine off.
- Undo the oil reservoir cap.
- Press out the content of syringe into the oil inlet (make sure that the required level of oil is maintained)..
- Screw the oil cap back up.
- Drive up at least 10 km / 6 miles with a speed lower than 90 km or 55 mph, then 300 m or 0,2 mile back.
Please, note that the process of formation of a new surface will be accomplished after 1500 km / 900 miles. During this period the oil shouldn’t be changed. The newly created layer is guaranteed to last for at least 100 000 km / 60 000 miles.
INSTRUCTIONS OF THE USE FOR REDUCER
- Warm the oil up in the reducer – keep the reducer going for at least 30 minutes.
- Turn the reducer off.
- Twist off the oil reservoir cap of the reducer and pour the content of the feeder into the inlet (make sure that the required level of oil is maintained).
- Twist on the cap of the oil inlet.
- The metal-ceramic layer develops after about 60 hours in normal operating conditions. During this time the oil exchange is not recommended.
NOTICES
- Do not apply to the automatic gear boxes or screw compressors.
- If any teflon or molybdenum supplements had been added to the oil before, the oil exchange and cleaning of the mechanism before appying Ceramizer® are recommended. Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and the process of the creation of cermet will be lengthened.
- In case of any mechanical damages of the transmission (e.g. broken cog , deep scratches or appreciable use) they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.
- Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal occurs.
GUARANTEE
Guaranteed performance and protection for up to 100 000 km / 60 000 miles. Ceramizer® can be used again after this time.
