Instructions of use for engineCERAMIZER® is recommended for reconditioning four-stroke combustion engines, regenerating surfaces of the rubbing metal parts and magnetizing oil.
The proper use of ceramizer will result in improvement of vehicle performance, increase of level compression on all cylinders, reduction of oil and fuel consumption, reduction of vibration and noise, decrease of toxic emissions, extended the life of engine as well as extended oil change intervals. Neither ceramizer clog filters nor block oil channels, as its particles are extremely small by diameter, so they can be freely transfered all throughout filters. Ceramizer® does not affect the oil at all. Its viscosity and composition remain the same.The oil is used as as a means of delivery of active nano particles into the internal, metal and rubbing parts of the engine. Reconditioning of the metal parts with the use of Ceramizer® takes place in normal operating conditions without the need to dismantle them. Metal-ceramic layers of unique qualities cover all, especially exploited surfaces leading to the restoration of an ideal geometry of the rubbed surfaces.
USAGE
- Ceramizer® is suitable with all types of oil and for combustion engines (petrol engines, supplied by gas, diesel, turbocharged engines and these with catalyzed fumes).
- Ceramizer® can be used for combustion engines of any machines and factory units after consulting the producer.
- Lowered dose of Ceramizer® will not give the expected results.
- Increased dose does not cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process.
- Ceramizer® can be used in every stage of exploitation, best just after the oil exchange.
- During the whole process of ceramizing (1500 km / 900 miles) the oil should not be changed. The next oil change should be done when required.
- Use Ceramizer® as a preventive measure to protect the engine against friction and extend it's operating life.
DOSAGE
This chart defines the amount of doses necessary for ceramizing the surfaces of rubbed parts. 1 dose = 5 ml (one syringe).

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
- Warm the engine up to 80-90 oC, by driving or keeping the engine going, on the idle gear for at least 10 minutes.
- Turn the engine off.
- Twist off the oil reservoir cap and pour the content of the syringe into the engine's inlet.
- Twist on the oil reservoir cap.
- Turn the engine on and leave it on the idle gear for 15 minutes.
- Drive carefully 200 km / 125 miles (not necessarily at one go), not exceeding 2700 rotations/minute (the lower rpm is, the higher friction in engine and the more effective creation of the coating of cermet is).
Note: 200 km / 125 miles can be replaced by leaving the engine works for 4 hours on the idle gear. One hour on the idle gear – corresponds to 50 km / 30 miles drive. - Engines which parameters are expressed in moto hours (mth) should be exploited within 5 mth (not necessarily at one go) not exceeding 2700 rotations/minute (rpm).
- Upon reaching 200 km / 125 miles or after 4 hours on the idle gear you can drive without rotations speed limitation. The metal-ceramic layer develops after about 1500 km / 900 miles in normal operating conditions. During this time the oil change is not recommended.
- Engines which parameters are expressed in moto hours (mth) can be exploited without limitations after reaching 5 mth. The process of ceramizing is completed after 30 mth.
In case of situation when the engine absorbs oil we should double the dose of Ceramizer®. The first dose should be applied according to the instructions, then after 500 km / 300 miles the second one should be applied in the same way.
NOTICES
- If any teflon or molybdenum supplements had been added to the oil before, the oil exchange and cleaning of the mechanism before applying Ceramizer® are recommended. Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and the process of the creation of cermet will be lengthened.
- In case of any mechanical damages of the engine (e.g. cracked or scorch piston ring, leaky valve, deep scratches on the cylinder etc.) they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.
- Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal occurs.
- In case of engines without the regulation of leaky valves 1500 km / 900 miles, a regulation should be done.
- If the engine is equipped with a centrifugal oil filter, it should be cleaned before applying Ceramizer®, and it is recommended to turn off the oil circulation while tooling, by using a tube (if possible). In these types of filters molecules tend to settle, therefore the amount that reaches friction surfaces is reduced.
GUARANTEE Guaranteed performance and protection for up to 70 000 km / 40 000 miles. Ceramizer® can be used again after this time.
